THANK GOD FOR SMALL STEPS

We all have setbacks during this weight -loss journey but thank god for the small steps.The inches you lose are just as important as the pounds you lose.The way you feel when you put on a new outfit.And i find to that if you treat yourself to some tight form fitting workout clothes you feel better and you can gadge how many inches you lose.So celebrate small steps and never give up.We are all in this together.lol.

GOD WORKS MIRACLES.

I know a god who still is in the miracle working business.As i told you guys i was diagnosed with an enlarged heart back in the 1990’s.Well for years i would have problems and they would put me on a holter monitor or an event monitor.I recently went to the cardiologist and he did some kind of a test and told meĀ  i had some thickening in the heart wall and another cardiologist told me the same thing.I wore an event monitor for 30 days.So 2 sundays ago i was in church service and sis brenda said god told her someone in the service had a heart condition and god had healed them and when they get the report from the doctor they will be healed.So last sunday i went up for prayer and i told sister brenda to pray for me and she said god had allready healed me.I just had an Echocardiogram done on Friday and my doctor called and said i had no enlarged heart.I wanted to run down the street scream.3 doctors said i had an enlarged heart God heealed me and i will tell it to whoever i can.So god still works miracles.

SHORT WORKOUT WEEK=GOT THE FLU.

Well i did not do my 4 day workout this week cause i have the flu.I went to church last wednesday and a lady behind me kept coughing..So for the last few days i have been sick with a low grade fever,and coughing up stuff.Wont go into detail.So i did a short workout tonight.Anything is better than nothing.Drinking lots of fluids(tea,water,juice)and on top of all this i had to put the car in the shop and wont get it back till monday or tuesday.Well i can allways catch a cab to get around.Hope every one has a great Sunday and a great work week.lol.
