FINALLY LOSING INCHES ON THIGHS AGAIN.

Well haven’t weighed myself lately but i have checked inches on hips,thighs and waist and i have finally started losing inches on these areas again.My baby sister dogged me out so bad about my fat thighs when she was here last year.I was wearing a pair of jeans and i stopped wearing them because she made me feel so bad.Her hips are wider than mine but i allowed her to really lower my self-esteem.I see a great deal of improvement in my overall body shape.The down side is i am losing inches in my face,shoulders,arms,ankles which are small in the first place.But oh well i am looking at the positives instead of the negative.So i will keep going.I remember a manager at work(10 years ago) told me once i was losing to much weight and i turned around and started gaining weight because she said i was getting to skinny.She was huge in the hips and butt.So i will not let people make me feel bad about gettng thinner and healthier.Hope all is well with everyone.lol.
